IMPROPER USE OF THE MACHINE WILL VOID THE WARRANTY
1. Always use a defoamer when foaming occurs to prevent vacuum motor damage.
2. Connect the machine to a properly grounded outlet, only.
3. Keep machine from rain and snow, extremes in temperatures, and store in a heated
location. Use the machine indoors. Do not use outdoors.
4. Use approved chemicals only. NO SOLVENTS.
5. Never use water above 130º F/54º C in the solution tank.

INSPECTION: Carefully unpack and inspect your KC-500-ADAF for shipping damage. Each machine is tested and inspected before shipping. Any shipping damage incurred is the responsibility of the carrier. You should notify the carrier immediately if you notice damage to the box, the machine, or its parts. CLEANING SOLUTIONS: We recommend liquid cleaning chemicals. -

SWITCH PLATE TEMPERATURE BYPASS SWITCH. ADJUST TURNS THE HEATER ON WHEN GREEN LIGHT IS NOT ON CIRCUIT LOCATOR PRESSURE LIGHT INDICATES GAUGE TWO CIRCUITS. HEATER WILL AUTOMATICALLY TURN ON INDICATES SPRAYING VACUUM PRESSURE RED LIGHT INDICATES PUMP ON/OFF HEATER IS HEATING PRESSURE SWITCH ADJUST... - Page 5 REFER TO THE DIAGRAMS ON THE PREVIOUS PAGES 6. Connect the red priming hose to the solution outlet Quick Disconnect on the front of the machine and hold the open end of the hose over the Holding tank or over a bucket.
