Sand Baureihe BADUTRONIC 93 Ursprungsland: Bundesrepublik Deutschland Einsatzbereich: Die BADUTRONIC 93 ist eine automatische Rückspülarmatur, die ausschließ- lich zur Rückspülung von Schwimmbadfilteranlagen verwendet wird.
  • Page 4 Sicherheit Diese Betriebsanleitung enthält grundlegende Hinweise, die bei Aufstellung, Betrieb und Wartung zu beachten sind. Daher ist diese Betriebsanleitung unbe- dingt vor Montage und Inbetriebnahme vom Monteur sowie dem zuständigen Fachpersonal/Betreiber zu lesen und muss ständig am Einsatzort der Maschi- ne/Anlage verfügbar sein.
  • Page 5 2.2 Personalqualifikation und -schulung Das Personal für Bedienung, Wartung, Inspektion und Montage muss die ent- sprechende Qualifikation für diese Arbeiten aufweisen. Verantwortungsbereich, Zuständigkeit und die Überwachung des Personals müssen durch den Betrei- ber genau geregelt sein. Liegen bei dem Personal nicht die notwendigen Kenntnisse vor, so ist dieses zu schulen und zu unterweisen.
  • Page 6 2.6 Sicherheitshinweise für Wartungs-, Inspektions- und Montagearbeiten Der Betreiber hat dafür zu sorgen, dass alle Wartungs-, Inspektions- und Mon- tagearbeiten von autorisiertem und qualifiziertem Fachpersonal ausgeführt wer- den, das sich durch eingehendes Studium der Betriebsanleitung ausreichend informiert hat. Die Unfallverhütungsvorschriften sind zu beachten. Grundsätzlich sind Arbeiten an der Maschine nur im Stillstand durchzuführen.
  • Page 7 Die BADUTRONIC 93 besteht aus einer elektronischen Steuerung mit Stellmo- tor sowie dem jeweiligen Rückspülventil. Hier werden 3 Varianten geliefert: Badumat R 40 / R 41, Badumat R 50 / R 51 sowie Badumat R 40T/A-P. Weitere Ausführungen auf Anfrage. Die BADUTRONIC 93 kann einzeln oder in Kombination mit einer Filtersteue- rung betrieben werden.
  • Page 8 Die BADUTRONIC 93 besitzt einen Ein-/Aus- Schalter (rote Kappe). Mit diesem Schalter kann die Stromversorgung ein- und ausgeschaltet werden. Ein zweiter Kipp-Schalter (grüne Kappe) dient zur Umschaltung von "Filtern" auf "Entlee- ren". Die Grundposition ist "Filtern", nur bei Bedarf ist der Kipp-Schalter auf "Entleeren"...
  • Page 9 Die BADUTRONIC 93 hat auf der Platine unter der Uhr eine gelbe Betriebs-LED. Aufstellung / Einbau ACHTUNG Der Aufstellungsort für die BADUTRONIC 93 muss trocken und sauber sein und nicht im Freien. Ist die BADUTRONIC 93 in einem feuchten Installations- raum aufgestellt, muss für eine wirksame Be- und Entlüftung gesorgt wer- den, damit es keine Schäden an der Elektronik durch Bildung von Kondens- wasser geben kann.
  • Page 10 5.3 Elektrisch : Der elektrische Anschluss der BADUTRONIC 93 darf nur von einem zuge- lassenen Elektrofachmann vorgenommen werden! Entfernen Sie den transparenten Gehäusedeckel und stellen Sie den elektri- schen Anschluss gemäß aufgeführtem Anschlussschema her. Es ist darauf zu achten, dass die Klemmen 1 und 3 phasengleich versorgt werden. Dies ist unbedingt erforderlich aus Gründen von Luft- und Kriechstrecken im Gerät selbst.

Die Filterpumpe oder Pumpenschütz muss so mit der BADUTRONIC 93 ver- drahtet werden, dass absolut sichergestellt ist, dass sie nur in Abhängigkeit mit der BADUTRONIC 93 arbeiten kann. Deshalb die Anschlussschemen be- achten! Zusätzlich ist die BADUTRONIC 93 durch einen Fehlerstrom- Schutzschalter abzusichern.
  • Page 12 VORSICHT: Benutzung für Schwimmbecken und deren Schutzbereich nur zulässig, wenn diese nach DIN VDE 0100 Teil 702 errichtet sind. Bitte fragen Sie Ihren Elektrofachmann ! Der versorgende Stromkreis ist mit einer Fehlerstromschutzeinrichtung mit einem Nennfehlerstrom von I ≤ 30 mA zu schützen. ∆N Inbetriebnahme ACHTUNG...
  • Page 13 7. Wartung / Instandhaltung ACHTUNG Es empfiehlt sich von Zeit zu Zeit, die Uhr der BADUTRONIC 93 durch den Klarsichtdeckel zu überprüfen. Speicher: Die Pufferung für das Uhrprogramm beträgt ca. 6 Stunden. Sollte die BADUTRONIC 93 länger ohne Spannungsversorgung sein, muss die Programmierung erneuert werden (siehe Seiten 11 bis 21).

  • Page 17 Safety This Operation Manual contains basic instructions, which must be observed du- ring installation, operation and maintenance. Therefore the Operation Manual should be carefully read before installation and start-up by the person in charge of the installation as well as by all other technical personnel/operators and should at all times be available at the installation site.
  • Page 18 2.2 Personnel Qualification and Training All personnel for the operation, maintenance, inspection and installation must be fully qualified to perform that type of job. Responsibility, competence and the supervision of such personnel must be strictly regulated by the user. Should the available personnel be lacking the necessary qualification, they must be trained and instructed accordingly.
  • Page 19 2.6 Safety Directions for Maintenance, Inspection and Assembly Work It is the user’s responsibility to make sure that all maintenance, inspection and assembly work is performed exclusively by authorized and qualified experts sufficiently informed through careful perusal of the Operating Instructions. The accident prevention regulations must be observed.
  • Page 20 The BADUTRONIC 93 consists of an electronic control unit with servomotor plus the required backwash valve. The following backwash valves are available in 3 versions: Badumat R 40 / R 41, Badumat R 50 / R 51 as well as Badumat R 40T/A-P, further versions on request.
  • Page 21 The BADUTRONIC 93 has an On/Off switch (red top). This switch connects or disconnects the power supply. A second switch (green top) is used to switch from "filter” to "waste” position. Its basic position is "filter”; only when required should this switch be moved to "waste”. The "waste” process must be stopped manually;...
  • Page 22 The BADUTRONIC 93 has a yellow operation LED connected on the main board underneath the clock. Placement / Installation CAUTION The installation site of the BADUTRONIC 93 must be dry and clean. Never in- stall it outdoors. If the Badutronic is installed in a humid place, effective ven- tilation and aeration must be provided in order to avoid damage to the electro- nic components through condensate.
  • Page 23 5.3 Electrical : The electrical connection of the BADUTRONIC 93 should be performed by a licensed electrician only! Remove the transparent housing and connect the Badutronic 93 as shown in the wiring diagram below. Make sure that terminals 1 and 3 are connected to the same phase.

  • Page 26 7. Maintenance / Repair CAUTION We recommend that the BADUTRONIC 93 is checked from time to time by loo- king through the transparent lid. Memory function: In case of a power failure the unit has a back-up that will last for 6 hours. Every time the BADUTRONIC is cut-off from the mains for a longer period than those six hours the timer will have to be reprogrammed (see pages 35 and 45.

Il est donc indi- spensable qu’il soit lu avant le montage par l’installateur, ainsi que par les tech- niciens et opérateurs compétents, et qu’il se trouve en permanence sur le site d’utilisation.

  • Page 33 Le BADUTRONIC est composé d’une platine électronique avec moteur de posi- tionnement, monté sur la vanne multivoies disponible en trois versions différen- tes : Badumat R 40 / R 41, Badumat R 50 / R 51 ainsi que Badumat R 40T/A-P (exécutions spécifiques sur demande).
  • Page 34 BADUTRONIC 93 possède un commutateur MARCHE-ARRET (taquet rouge) qui permet de mettre en marche ou de couper l’appareil. Un autre commutateur (taquet vert) permet de sélectionner la position RECYCLAGE ou VIDANGE. La position de base est RECYCLAGE. Lorsque l’on souhaite vider la piscine, on bascule le commutateur sur VIDANGE.

Retirer le couvercle transparent du coffret et raccorder conformément au sché- ma fourni. Les bornes 3 et 4 seront alimentées par la phase pour éviter les court-circuits et des courants vagabonds.
