TROUBLESHOOTING

Below are some solutions to the most common questions asked when setting up a camera.
NO LIGHTS SHOW ON THE NETWORK CONNECTOR
There are two reasons this could happen:
1. You have not plugged the camera into power. Try a different power outlet and make sure the power
adaptor is connected to the camera cord.
2. Your network connection does not work. Try connecting directly to your router.
THE CAMERA DOES NOT APPEAR ON THE CAMERA LIST IN CAMMY
This can only occur if your camera is not connecting to your network. Try reconnecting to your
network and restarting. Make sure the green light on the camera cable that connects to the network
cable is on.
NO IMAGES APPEAR IN THE CAMMY APP
It is possible that:
1. You entered an incorrect WiFi password. Try connecting the network cable back in. If it works with
the cable in but not out it's probably the wrong password. You can fix this by setting up the
camera again with the right password.
2. The camera is out of WiFi range. Move it closer to your router.
3. The camera has not been correctly set up. Try setting it up again by starting these instructions
from the start.
4. Your WiFi is not working. Test it by ensuring other WiFi functions work.
