Installation of AC Smart 128 Expansion Kit
and line connection
After installing AC Smart, you must connect the RS485 line to communicate with AC Smart 128
Expansion Kit.
To install the AC Smart 128 Expansion Kit and connect the line, proceed as follows.

AC Smart 128 Expansion Kit is basically designed to be installed on the wall. Here, the installation
method of installing on the wall is described as an example.

. Decide the space to install the AC Smart 128 Expansion Kit. Before installing the unit, check
whether the location is appropriate to connect AC Smart with RS485 line.

. Fixate the AC Smart expansion kit to the wall. Use the driver to tighten the unit against the wall.

. Use the driver to loosen the screws on the side of the case of AC Smart expansion kit.
