▶ Attach safety brake. Observe rotating BAGAE0 9 0 0 1 _Z0 0 1 direction. ▶ Tighten all connection elements (M12) with BAGAE0 9 0 0 2 _Z0 0 1 a torque of 75 Nm. Install all further 75 Nm connection elements according to the specifications of the door or facility manufacturer.
6 Electrical installation Warning – Danger to life due to electrical current! Disconnect the cables (mains OFF) and check that the supply is off Observe applicable regulations and standards Ensure proper electrical connection Use suitable tools The integrated safety switch of the safety brake functions as an NC contact.
7 Safety brake activation The safety brake is tripped as soon as the maximum operating speed in DOWN direction is exceeded. This results in the following reactions: The shaft is blocked in DOWN direction (➊). The safety switch is actuated to interrupt the control current (➋).
8 Repairs Safety brake activation If the control pointer is not damaged (see – Ⓒ), the safety brake can be repaired. ▶ Rotate hollow shaft in OPEN direction by approx. 90°. 90° ▶ Press the red plunger back into the housing.
