    4.1 I COMPONENTI I componenti della termoventilante da Voi acquistata sono identificabili nel disegno macchina esploso (All. 1) riportato nella sezione Allegati del presente manuale. 4.2 I DATI TECNICI Le caratteristiche dimensionali sono desumibili dall’Allegato 2. I dati tecnici d’installazione ed impiego delle termoventilanti sono riportati nei rispettivi paragrafi ed Allegato 3 del presente manuale.

    6.3 ESTRAZIONE DALL’IMBALLO Si consiglia di conservare l’apparecchiatura nel proprio imballo fino al momento dell’installazione. 6.3.1 ANTIVIBRANTI Si consiglia, in fase di installazione, l’uso di antivibranti e l’utilizzo di barre filettate M8 come in figura. 6.3.2 MONTAGGIO DELLA TERMOVENTILANTE EDS Per il posizionamento dell’apparecchiatura a soffitto, utilizzare un sollevatore a forcella o un altro sistema meccanico che assicuri un corretto e sicuro posizionamento durante tutta la fase di fissaggio dell’apparecchiatura.

    Nel caso in cui l’unità venga impiegata per il raffrescamento estivo degli ambienti, si dovrà eseguire una tubazione idonea alla scarico della condensa. Tale tubazione dovrà essere opportunamente isolata. L’ attacco è situato sul lato della vaschetta di raccolta condensa ed è costituito da un tubo in materiale plastico con diametro di 20 mm su cui poter collegare un tubo in gomma.

    Per una corretta gestione ed utilizzo della termoventilante si consiglia l’installazione di un regolatore EURAPO, scelto in base all’esigenza d’installazione ed utilizzo dell’unità. Nelle grandezze 004÷030 con configurazione standard (es. GW00), non si possono collegare più motori in parallelo sullo stesso selettore di velocità o termoregolatore.

    6.3 REMOVING THE PACKING It is advisable to keep the unit on its pallet and with the plastic wrap prior to installation. 6.3.1 ANTI-VIBRATION MOUNTS The use of anti-vibration mounts and M8 threaded rods is suggested during installation phase, as shown in the picture. 6.3.2 MOUNTING THE EDS UNITS For the ceiling mounting of the unit, use a forklift in order to assure correct and safe positioning during the fixing operations.

    The user has to make sure that the EDS unit operates by respecting the use limits and each operation for installation and/or maintenance must be ex- ecuted by qualified personnel only. Before servicing the filter or the electrical system and, in any case, before removing the protection structures, make sure that the unit has been dis- connected from the power mains.

    7.4 EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE All operations of extraordinary maintenance, such as regulation or repla- cement of electronic components (motors, controls, valves, etc.) must be executed by qualified personnel only. Make sure that the unit has been disconnected from the power supply and fans are not moving.

    Die Installation des Gerätes muss folgendes erfüllen: • Gefahrlose Verwendung und Funktion: Das Gerät darf keine Personen, Tiere oder Gegenstände gefährden; • Eine ordnungsgemäße Luftzirkulation im Raum; • Der Lufteintritt bzw. Austritt des Gerätes darf nicht blockiert werden; • Die Mindestabstände für Installation und Wartung müssen unter Sicherheits-bedingungen eingehalten werden.

    Im Kühlbetrieb bitte planen Sie einen ordnungsgemäßen Kondensatwasserablauf ein. Die Wasserablaufleitung sollte gut isoliert werden. Der Kondensatwasserablauf ist auf der Seite der Kondensatwanne angebracht: Der Durchmesser des Kunstoffanschlusses ist 20 mm, an dem einen Gummischlauch angeschlossen werden kann. Die Rohrleitung muss durch Beachtung der richtigen Neigung (Neigung von der horizontalen Ebene = 2 cm/m) durchgeführt werden.

    6.3 EXTRACTION DE L’EMBALLAGE Il est conseillé de garder l’appareil dans son propre emballage jusqu’au moment de l’installation. 6.3.1 ANTI-VIBRATION Nous recommandons, lors de l’installation, l’utilisation des anti-vibrations et des barres filetées M8 comme dans la figure suivante 6.3.2 MONTAGE DE L’UNITÉ EDS Pour la mise en place au plafond de l’unité, utiliser un élévateur ou un autre système mécanique qui puisse assurer une opération correcte et sûre pendant toutes les phases de fixage de l’unité.
