We suggest starting with the medium (M) sized In-Ear BudZ that is already placed on the OontZ True Wireless BudZ to learn if they are secure and comfortable. If they do not feel secure try the large (L) In-Ear BudZ, or if the medium are too tight try the small (S) In-Ear BudZ. -
