ETTINGS
This section explains the basic camera settings. For details on
advanced settings, see Advanced Settings on page 24.
The resolution and flash settings remain in effect until you
change them, even if you turn the camera off.

Camera Controls

To change a setting for a picture to be taken:
1. In REC, press in the EasyPilot button. A row of green icons
appears on the LCD.
2. Turn the EasyPilot button to highlight an icon.
3. Press in the EasyPilot button to select the icon. A column of
green icons or a menu appears.
4. Turn the EasyPilot button to highlight an icon or option.
5. Press in the EasyPilot button to select the setting.
You can exit the icon/menu system any time by pressing
the Info button.

Resolution

The ePhoto 1680 provides the following resolution settings:
Setting
1600 x 1200 pixels: very low compression utilizing
PhotoGenie™ technology during download (ideal for
printing photo-quality images)
Maximum 4 MB card capacity: 6 images*
1280 x 960 pixels: CCD resolution, low compression
Maximum 4 MB card capacity: 12 images*
