Für hieraus entstehende Schäden haftet die Wolff nicht. 3.4 Originalteile und Sicherheit Originalteile und Zubehör sind speziell für den Turbo-Stripper konzipiert. Wir machen ausdrücklich darauf aufmerksam, daß andere Teile nicht verwendet werden dürfen. Dadurch kann die Sicherheit der Maschine nachteilig beeinträchtigt werden.

    4.0 Wartung und Pflege Schmiernippel Der Turbostripper ist weitgehend wartungsfrei. Die Führungen der Schwingerbolzen sind von Zeit zu Zeit (ca. 500 qm) etwas nachzufetten. Die Schmiernippel dafür sind vorne seitlich rechts und links (siehe Bild). Das beim Betrieb austretende Fett bewirkt ein Ausschwemmen eingebrachter Schmutzpartikel.
  • Page 6 5.1 Ein/Ausschalten des Gerätes Der TURBO-STRIPPER wird am zentralen Bedienfeld oben am Handgriff bedient. Mit Schalter (1) wird die Maschine eingeschaltet. Sie läuft sofort an. Der schwarze Hebel (2) schaltet den Antrieb ein und aus. Durch Drücken des Notausschalter (3) bei Gefahr, kann die gesamte Maschine stillgelegt werden.

    5.4 Notlauf Der Turbo-Stripper kann im Notfall auch ohne Handkupplung betrieben werden, z.B. wenn diese defekt ist. Dabei wie folgt vorgehen: Netzstecker aus der Steckdose ziehen Notlaufplättchen (1) entfernen (oberhalb des Kupplungssteckers (2) montiert) Notlaufplättchen anstelle der Kupplung in die Nut einstecken Rändelschraube (3) eindrehen bis die Antriebsräder blockieren Notlaufplättchen mit Flügelmutter (4) fixieren...

    4.0 Maintenance Lubricator nipples The Turbo-Stripper is virtually maintenance-free. Have the guides of the swing bolts lubricated from time to time (after approx. 500 square meters). The lubricator nipples are located collateral on the front side (see picture). The used grease will flush dirt out of the machine. Press maximum 3 to 4 times with the grease gun.
  • Page 13 5.1 Switching on/off The TURBO-STRIPPER is operated by using the handle on top of the central control panel. The machine is switched on using switch (1). She starts immediately. The black lever (2) switches the drive on/off. By pressing the emergency stop switch (3) in the event of danger, the entire machine can be shut down.

    5.4 Emergency running The Turbo-Stripper can be operated also with broken or damaged hand clutch as follows: disconnect power supply remove emergency-run-plate (1) (mounted on top of the plug of the hand clutch (2) ) insert emergency-run-plate instead of the plug screw-in thumb-screw (3) until the driving wheels are blocked fix emergency-run-plate with thumb-screw (4)

  • Page 20 5.1 Mise en route / Arrêt de l'appareil La machine TURBO-STRIPPER est commandée au niveau du panneau de commande central situé en haut au niveau de la poignée. Le commutateur (1) permet d’activer le machine. Il démarre immédiatement. Le levier (2) active et désactive l’entraînement. En cas de danger, appuyer sur le commutateur d’arrêt d’urgence (3) pour arrêter l’ensemble de la machine.Faire tourner le commutateur pour réinitialiser l’arrêt d’urgence.

    5.3 Réglage du manche La amont du manche permet de l'utiliser de manière très flexible. L'amont d'inclinaison peut être adapté à la taille de la personne. Après le réglage de l'angle d'inclinaison, il peut s'avérer néces- saire de régler la fixation de la manette de commande sur le manche.
