hints and tips Tea is grown and produced in different environments and requires diferent water temperatures to allow its true flavour and aroma to develop during brewing. To bring out the taste of more delicate tea leaves, a lower temperature is required. For example, brewing green or white teas in boiling water will scald the tea leaves and the taste will be bitter and unpleasant.
care and cleaning Always unplug your tea maker/kettle from the mains supply socket and allow it to completely cool down before cleaning or descaling it. Do not immerse your tea maker/kettle, power base or power cord and plug in water or any other liquid.
