INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
MAXI WALL HUNG SERIES
1. Determine the back bar's height. Standard wardrobes usually work best at a finished height of 2m from the floor
(finished height is the height from the top side of the top shelf to the floor). The back bar needs to be installed
150mm lower than your desired finished height. If you want your wardrobe system to have a finished height of
2m from the floor, you will need to set the back bar height at 1850mm from the floor. Measure the width of the
wardrobe at this height and cut the rail and white cover to size.
Using a spirit level, mark out the holes, ensuring you are installing the back bar into wall studs wherever possible.
Use a 5mm drill bit and secure the back bar with screws provided.
2. Once the back bar is secure, add the white bar cover using moderate force, this clips over the back bar to hide
the fittings behind.
3. Fit brackets on to inside of panels.
Suspension Brackets come in Left and Right.
Ensure hook is facing back and is right way up.
First insert sleeves into the 2 holes as shown.

  • Page 4 12. Once all panels and shelves/drawers are secured, measure along the top of the system from wall-to-wall to get your overall width measurement for the top shelf. Cut the top shelf to size using an 8pt saw. We recommend using masking tape along your cut line before you cut, to reveal a nice clean cut. Screw the top shelf into each vertical gable at the front and back.

If you are measuring from underneath a top shelf 50mm bracket, measure down 40mm from the bottom of the shelf bracket (this allows 10mm for the bracket). Install wall plugs where required for a stronger install.
