A. PLEASE NOTE
1. This installation is done outside the cage perimeter.
2. It is not intended for use in a free floating 9plus for profiling applications.
3. Instead, it is intended for use in a horizontally mounted, carousel environment, where the Benthos
will still be protected while residing outside of the cage.
B. Installing the Benthos
1. Install insulators (231717) onto each side of the Benthos mounting holes.
2. Fit one washer (30257) over each bolt (30195), and slide bolts through the Benthos mounting
holes.
3. Mount Benthos onto the 9plus cage on either side of the top cage bar.

PLEASE NOTE: Your cage must b modified in order to accommodate installing this assembly.
Otherwise, you will need to find a way to drill 2 holes into the top bar yourself.
4. Secure from other side of cage bar with an additional washer (30257) and 1 nut (30210) onto each
bolt.
5. Tighten hardware with a box wrench to insure an adequate torque.
