NITROX UHP High-Purity Nitrogen Generators
With Integral Oil-Free Air Compressor
These domnick hunter NITROX nitrogen generators employ pres-
sure swing adsorption technology to produce a continuous supply
of high-purity nitrogen. An integral oil-free air compressor delivers
filtered compressed air (7bar/101psig) to a bed of carbon molecular
sieve, which selectively removes oxygen, water vapor, carbon
dioxide, and hydrocarbons. The adsorbent bed alternates between
purification and regeneration modes, ensuring product nitrogen
meets specified purity levels. A storage reservoir ensures a continu-
ous supply of 99.9999% pure nitrogen. For equivalent units without
an air compressor, please inquire.
