Hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi proses transisi panas dan dapat menjadikan nasi cepat basi. 2. Waktu terbaik untuk memasak nasi adalah 1 jam. Nasi akan menjadi terlalu kering jika dipanaskan lebih dari 1 jam.
