Information on convection cooking
Convection cooking combines the heat emitted by resistors with the hot hair movement
performed through a fan. This combination speeds up the cooking time and guarantees
better results. The vent delivers hot air gently and in a uniform manner on all the
food that is cooking leading to an uniform and crispy cooking keeping damp and
taste unchanged. The convection cooking function allows to use lower temperatures
guaranteeing a considerable energy saving compared to traditional ovens.
