WORKING WITH THE DATABASE
1 Indicate the assigned channel, a description of the
installation (for example, the location) and the
capacity of the memory card.

Fill out the details in the "Roller" or "Key-Tag"
tab, or both, depending on the type of installation
registered in the "Main Details" screen.
2 Click on the "Next" button.

This will open up the "Maintenance" screen.
1 If any type of maintenance agreement is to be
entered into, tick the "Agreement" box and enter
the number and relevant details (expiry date,
remarks...).
2 Click on the "Finish" button.

This will open up the "Summary" screen for the
installation created.

The different installation menu tabs (Installation,
Installation Data, Memory Cards, Maintenance) can
be used to view or complete the details entered so
far.

The application will alert you when entries have
n o t b e e n a d d e d ( f o r f u t u r e g e n e r a t i o n o f
transmitters or key-tags) to the installation. If
required, the installation entries can be reserved in
order to facilitate particularisation.
3 Click on the "Save" icon in the header menu to
record the installation you have created.
