NOTES:
Read All Instructions Before Beginning Installation
Only qualified mechanics experienced in the installation and removal of suspension components should
perform this installation.
Use of a hoist and screw jack is highly recommended and will substantially reduce installation time.
Never work on or under a vehicle unless it is properly supported.

Eibach Pro Lift Block Installation

1.
Begin by raising the vehicle and supporting it with the
proper safety equipment. Note: Never work on or
under a vehicle that is not supported by the proper
safety equipment.
2.
Use a screw or pole jack to support the rear axle, then,
loosen and remove the four hex nuts that secure the OE
U-bolts and axle bracket. (See Photos 1 & 2)

You can now remove the axle bracket and U-Bolts as
shown. (See Photos 3 & 4)

  • Page 2 Lower axle downward Provided U-Bolts Photo Photo OE axle bracket Photo Photo Photo Photo Lower the axle downward just enough to install the lift Install the provided U-Bolts along with the OE axle block, then, raise the axle upward making sure the pin bracket, then, secure them with the provided hex nuts on the block lines up with the receiver on the axle and and washers as shown.
  • Page 3 Photo You can now use a torque wrench to fully tighten the hex nuts to 100 ft-lbs using a cross pattern to make sure they are properly tightened. Note: Tightening the hex nuts in a cross pattern is necessary to ensure proper engagement.
