Chapter 3 – Ki Pro GO Installation Overview Ki Pro GO can be used on a desktop by simply connecting power, video and audio inputs and outputs, and inserting USB media. Front panel controls allow Ki Pro GO configuration, and record and play functions.
For example, in the same rack you can mount two Ki Pro GOs to simultaneously record eight sources, or you can mount a Ki Pro Ultra Plus and a Ki Pro GO, which allows simultaneous recording of high resolution .MOV or .DNX files, as well as separate compressed .MP4 clips for immediate delivery to a client or for direct use...
Using AC Power To begin using Ki Pro GO, plug the 4-pin XLR on the supplied AC adapter into the XLR power socket on the rear of Ki Pro GO. Then plug the AC adapter line cord into 110 VAC or 230 VAC (the supply is auto sensing).
Ki Pro GO is a low-wattage device so many batteries can power it for several hours at a time. Ki Pro GO displays a “Low Battery” warning prompt to help you stop recording before battery failure. We also recommend the use of batteries with metering or remaining power indications.
