1. Maintenance Instructions:
1.1
Before using the IP66 Electronic Caliper, clean the measuring faces as
well as the surface of the protective sticker with dry and clean cloth (or
soaked with cleaning oil). Don´t use resolvent like aceton or benzol.
Prevent any hydrous liquid from the protective sticker.
1.2
Never apply voltage (e. g. engraving with an electric pen) on any part of
the IP66 Electronic Caliper for fear of damaging the circuit.
1.3
Avoid strong magnetic fields for fear of damaging the electronic.
1.4
As soon as the instrument would be opened from the user the guarantee
will be cancelled – except change of battery.

  • Page 3 ABS button it will change to the absolute measurement mode. The display does show “ABS” and “0.00”. Now you can preset a positive correction value. In this case please keep pressing the ABS button for more than 2 sec. The display will show SET and the first digit is flashing.
