Page 3 Assembling Your Pockey ™ 2 in 1 Gametable STEP 1. Assembling bases. Carefully remove two (#15) pedestals, two (#16) pedestal supports, four (#13) levelers and eight (#5) 1 " flat head screws from packaging. Insert levelers into pre-drilled holes in bottom of bases and secure part way. STEP 2.
Page 4 Step 3. Attaching L-supports and hinges. Place the female (#8 & #14) hinges in the precut slots on the edge of each pedestal using (#2) " round head screws. Attach male (#8 & #14) hinges in the precut slots on the edge of each (#17) L-support and secure using (#2) screws.
Page 5 STEP 4. Assembling ball storage trays. Each tray consists of a (#18) bottom panel, an (#20) outside rail, a (#21) inside rail, two (#19) end pieces and (#22) 3 bottom supports. With (#1) 1" flat head screws, secure (#20) outside and (#21) inside rails to one of the (#19) end panels.
Page 6 STEP 5. Installing L-support locks. Insert (#9) lock bolts into predrilled holes into the outside rail of ball storage trays. Place (#10) washer, (#12) spring washer and (#11) hex nut over threaded end and tighten. STEP 6. Assembling the cabinet. With the help of another person, loosely attach the ball storage trays (making sure the outside rails face out) to both pedestals with (#4) "...
Page 7 Step 7. Attaching rotating table top. Place a (#6) 20mm hex nut and two (#7) washers over each threaded shank on the non-powercord end of the (#23) table top and tighten. The hex nut and washers have been pre-assembled on the end with the power cord.
Page 8 STEP 8. Securing table top. Thread (#7) washer and (#6) hex nuts over the ends of the threaded shanks. STEP 9. Securing table top. Using the (#28) wrench, tighten (#6) hex nuts TOWARD pedestals. Make sure the distance between table top and hex nut are equal on both ends of table.
Page 9 STEP 10. Attaching puck catchers. Align (#24) puck catcher with predrilled holes on each end of playing table and secure to pedestal with (#2) 1/2" round head screws.
