Make sure no obstacles are in the desk's path and all cords are of appropriate
length for the desk. Always maintain a 1" clearance around the table to prevent
pinching.
Never assemble (or disassemble) the table or components with the table plugged
into a power outlet. This product is for use on a nominal 120-volt circuit and has
a grounding plug. Make sure that the product is connected to an outlet having the
same configuration as the plug. No adapter should be used with this product.
Do not operate the workstation until it is completely assembled.

- Page 3 Step 1: Lay the left leg assembly 3 on a protected surface with the threaded holes on the inside of the worksurface support facing up. Slide the hex rod 1 through the hex drive in the motor assembly 2 and into the hex drive inside of the left leg assembly.
- Page 4 Steps 5-7 apply to worksurfaces with no pilot holes. Step 5: Lay the worksurface 5 on a protected surface. Place the left leg and hex rod assembly on the worksurface at the location shown at the left. Step 6: Place the right leg assembly 7 on the worksurface.
- Page 5 If your worksurface does not have pilot holes, center the cover on the hex rod. Attach the cover with (6-14) screws 11 (depending on the width of your VertDesk™). Fully tighten. Step 11: Capture the switch wire in the cable clamp 18 and attach it with (1) screw 11 .
- Page 6 Steps 13-17 Step 13: Slide the cross support 16 onto the bracket on the left leg assembly 3 . Attach it to the leg assembly with (3) machine screws 4 . Do not fully tighten. Turn the bottom of the right leg assembly 7 about 1/4 turn counter-clockwise. Insert the cross support onto the bracket while turning the bottom of the leg clockwise back to its original position.
