GENERAL INFORMATION
The
Wilcox-Gay "Recordio" Model 3FI0 features fingertip
operation f
or
Fast
Forward, Play-
back,
Stop, Record and
Fast
Reverse. The "Recordio"
is
designed
to
record
and
play
back
two
tracks of material
on standard
width recording
tape, which
doubles
the playing
time of a
standard
5"
or ?" reel
of
tape
with
no
loss
of
frequency
response
or
quality.
Recordings
can
be
made
from
a
radio,
television
receiver or
phonograph,
in
addibion
to
those
made directlyfrom
the
rnicrophone. Recordings
can be
played back through the seU-conbained speaker
or
an
external
speaker through use
of
the
Auxiliary
Speaker Jack.
This "Recordio"
has two tape speeds, 7
l/2"
and
3
3/4" per
second.
Using
both
channels
of
the
tape,
the
recording
time
is
as
