TROUBLESHOOTING

If your electronic device is not registering a connection:
• Confirm that your Power Pack is fully SQUEEZED. There
should be no gap where the two halves meet.
• Confirm proper connection:
Note: Correct order of connection is necessary for successful operation.
1) Disconnect everything and wait five (5) seconds;
2) Connect Power Pack;
3) Connect your device;
4) iPod and Sony Ericsson users, please see special note in instructions.
• Confirm battery condition - if device battery is full, Power Pack will not
connect. If device battery is fully depleted, it may take up to 30 minutes
for the device to show a charge.
Note: The Power Pack provides a number of recharges for your electronic
device, depending on type and brand of device as well as frequency of use.
Once the Power Pack's fuel is depleted, it ceases to operate and the green
light does not activate.
