- Page 2 ATTENTION UWAGA WARNING All Berarma pumps have been carefully controlled during manufacture and subjected to stringent testing cycles before shipment. To achieve optimum performances, to avoid unpleasant troubles and to hold the war- ranty policy, it is necessary that the following instructions about assembly and start up are strictly observed.

Pump SIZE 05 (types PHV, PVS), SIZE 1 (types PSP , PSPK, PVS) can be mounted in any position. Pump SIZE 1 type PHC, SIZE 2, SIZE 3 (types PHC, PSP, PSPK, PVS) must be mounted with the shaft HORIZONTAL and the compensator device upward. When the pump is installed over the reservoir fluid level, it is recommended to pay attention to the inlet pressure (see TAB.1). - Page 4 To aid this opera- tion, for SIZE 2 and SIZE 3 (types PHC, PSP, PSPK) there is an air bleed placed on device compensator: unscrew the cap to bleed the air and then close cap.

THE DATE OF MANUFACTURE LOT. Warranty is for the exclusive benefit of the original purchaser of products.
