InstantEye Mk-3 GEN4-D1 sUAS Technical Manual
Revision M1.2

displays the function of the Utility buttons on the GCS. By default, UTILITY1 and UTILITY2
control the pitch (or "tilt") of the payload. Pressing UTILITY1 tilts the payload up, eventually
moving it to a "forward" view. Pressing UTILITY2 tilts the payload down, eventually moving
it to a "downward" view. The Utility buttons must be pressed and released – holding them
down does not move the payload. While flying, the payload attempts to maintain the angle
of the payload cameras relative to ground. Pressing UTILITY2 past the fully downward
position of the camera will disable the tilt of the payload, causing it to remain fixed in a
downward position until the tilt is reengaged by pressing UTILITY1 to tilt the payload up.
