Connect the oxygen sensor to the "Oxygen Sensor" socket on the back of the instrument. Connect the power supply unit to the "power supply" connector. (The OSD 23 must be used only with the power supply unit provided). 3.3 PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION The dissolved oxygen measurement probe is based on Clark's principle: The oxygen diffuses through a thin Teflon membrane and depolarizes the platinum electrode, held at some negative potential. -
