INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing TRACKSTAR 1/5 Brushless Sensorless Car ESC. Please read the
Instruction Manual thoroughly before you use the product. These operating instructions are
designed to ensure that you can quickly reference its features and functions and make fully use
of this product.
FEATURES
Built-in powerful BEC. Output voltage is adjustable 6.0V or 7.4V.
Maximum output current up to 15A.
LiPo battery support up to 8 cells.
Data Logging : The controller's parameters can be record such as your battery volts/amps
draw, motor rpm, and controller temperature. This is a good way to make sure that the rest of
your setup is performing well within its limits.
Red copper connectors are used to decrease the internal resistance in high current situations.
Heat transfer : Internal resistance is reduced by laminated copper stack control technology so
dynamic thermal equilibrium is achieved.
Safety features : low voltage protection, motor and ESC overheat protection and signal lost
protection.
The ESC can be programmed by TrackStar Multi-Function Smart Program Box
(SKU# 9052000048) The ESC firmware can be updated by connecting the ESC to computer
via smart program box.

    SAFETY NOTE This product is not a toy and suitable for users older than 14 years old only. Never allow water, moisture, oil or other foreign materials to get inside ESC, motor, or on the PC Boards. It may damage your ESC. Never disassemble the ESC and modify the components on the PC Boards.
  • Page 3 PREPARATION Plan Speed Control Placement Choose a location for the speed control that is protected from road debris. To prevent radio interference, place the ESC far away from the radio receiver and keep the power wires as short as possible. Select a location that has good airflow ventilating.     CONNECTION Connect ESC Throttle lead to Receiver in Channel 2. Connect the motor to ESC. Connect ESC to battery pack. Red power wire (battery positive) Battery Pack Black power wire (battery negative) Throttle lead Power Switch Receiver ESC CALIBRATION Calibration is necessary when the ESC powering on very first time, or whenever used with a new/different transmitter.
  • Page 5 Hold full throttle and press the ESC switch button once, the green LED will blink twice then extinguish and the motor will ring twice like beep-beep which indicates the full throttle position has been set. Move the throttle trigger to full brake and hold it, press the ESC switch button once, the green LED will blink three times then extinguish and the motor will ring three times like beep-beep-beep which indicates the full brake position has been set.
