IXXAT Econ 100 is contained on the SD card provided. This must be installed in the SD card slot on the IXXAT Econ 100. Access to the SD card slot can be found on the back of the unit. Refer to chapter 3.2.8. -

Connections and displays Connections 3.2.1 Power supply connection Connection of the IXXAT Econ 100 to a power supply uses a 2-pin plug with a screw connection (Phoenix Contact MC 1,5/2-STF-3,5). The pinout for the screw terminal is shown in Table 3-3. -

The SD card slot is accessible on the back of the housing. An SD card with a valid data format is essential, since the IXXAT Econ 100 is booted from the SD card. Valid file formats are FAT16 and FAT32. SD cards with up to 32 GB memory are supported. -

Connections and displays Indicators The IXXAT Econ 100 has seven Duo LEDs as well as a green power LED. These LEDs are used to display the communications status of the interfaces and/or to display device status and mode. The seven Duo LEDs can be con- trolled by the software. -

The battery provides the power supply for the real-time clock when the IXXAT Econ 100 is disconnected from its main power supply. When changing the bat- tery, be sure that a CR1632 3 V lithium battery is used that is suitable for op- eration in the temperature range required. -
