    INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OM 651UC INSTRUMENT DESCRIPTION DESCRIPTION The OM 651UC model is a universal 6 digit programmable panel impulse counter/frequency meter and stop- -watch/watch. The instrument is based on an 8-bit microprocessor, that secures high accuracy, stability and easy operation of the instrument.
