1.1 Sicherheitshinweise

Aufgrund der detaillierten Abbildung des Originals bzw.
der vorgesehenen Verwendung kann das Produkt Spit-
zen, Kanten und abbruchgefährdete Teile aufweisen. Für
die Montage sind Werkzeuge nötig.
1.2 Das Produkt richtig verwenden
Dieses Produkt ist bestimmt:
-
Zum Einbau in Modelleisenbahnanlagen und Dioramen.
-
Zum Anschluss an einen Modellbahntransformator (z. B.
Art. 5200) bzw. an eine Modellbahnsteuerung mit zuge-
lassener Betriebsspannung.
-
Zum Betrieb in trockenen Räumen.
Jeder darüber hinausgehende Gebrauch gilt als nicht bestim-
mungsgemäß. Für daraus resultierende Schäden haftet der
Hersteller nicht.
1.3 Packungsinhalt überprüfen
Kontrollieren Sie den Lieferumfang auf Vollständigkeit:

2. Einleitung
Der fertig montierte Oberleitungstransformator zeichnet sich
besonders durch seine wirklichkeitsgetreue Nachbildung und
seine vielseitigen Einsatzmöglichkeiten auf Ihre Anlage aus.
3. Aufbau
1. Kleben Sie den Transformator auf die Konsole und die
Isolatoren auf den Trafo (Abb. 1).
2. Nun verbinden Sie die Sicherung (Messingteil) und grünen
Halter mittels der Isolatoren und etwas Klebstoff (Abb. 2).
3. Bauen Sie den Mastschalter zusammen und fixieren Sie
ihn mit etwas Klebstoff (Abb. 3).
4. Die Aufnahmekonsole kann durch leichtes Verbiegen
an den Mast angepasst werden.
5. Der vormontierte Transformator lässt sich an der Konso-
le aufstecken. Für eine sichere Verbindung empfehlen
wir auch hier zu kleben (Abb. 4).
6. Anschließend kleben Sie den Mastschalter und die vor-
montierte Sicherung an den Mast (Abb. 5).
7. Biegen Sie den beiliegenden Draht (0,8 x 130 mm) wie
in Abb. 5 gezeigt und kleben Sie ihn an den Mast.

1.2 Using the product for its correct purpose
This product is intended:

For installation in model train layouts and dioramas.

For connection to an authorized model train transformer
(e. g. item 5200) or a digital command station.

For operation in dry rooms only.
Using the product for any other purpose is not approved
and is considered inappropriate. The manufacturer is not
responsible for any damage resulting from the improper
use of this product.
1.3 Checking the package contents

2. Introduction
The assembled catenary transformer is a prototypical re-
production and offers many different applications on your
layout.
3. Assembly
1. Glue the transformer onto the support frame and the in-
sulators onto the transformer (fig. 1).
2. Glue the fuse (brass part) and the green support bracket
to the insulators with a small amount of glue (fig. 2).
3. Assemble the electrical switch and fasten it with some
glue (fig. 3).
4. The support frame can be adjusted to the mast by bend-
ing it slightly.
5. The pre-assembled transformer can be attached to the
support frame. For a safe connection, we recommend
to glue it as well (fig. 4).
6. Glue the mast switch and the pre-assembled connector
to the mast (fig. 5).
7. Bend the 0,8 x 130 mm wire as shown in fig. 5 and glue
it onto the mast.
