- Page 4 OTHER CONVERTERS IN RANGE The range of converter products manufactured in the UK, by SMET Ltd., allow a broad range of battery voltages to be converted to commonly required output voltages. These converters are suitable for powering most domestic and professional electrical appliances that have a DC input. Wherever you are you can run your laptop, power your CD/cassette player, charge your camcorder or simply charge batteries from your main battery.
