  • Page 63 ZYMBO AATT 7.10 CONTROL SPECIFICATION 7.3.1 Air conditioner ON/OFF There are different ways to turn the unit on or off: 1) By the ON/OFF button on the command on board , or Saturn wired wall pad, or remote control if wired wall pad have IR sensor on board or trough building automation system.
  • Page 64 ZYMBO AATT 7.3.2 Power on setting When the power-on signal is received by the air conditioner, the Mode, Fan Speed, setting temperature and Timer ON/OFF weekly program will be the same as the last power off. 7.3.3 Mater-slave unit function The control PCB can be set either as a master unit or slave unit.

  • Page 67 ZYMBO AATT 7.11 CONTROL FUNCTION 7.11.1 Two-Pipes system without motorized valve 7.4.1.1 Cool mode When unit is selected with heat only mode(PR1 setting), cool mode would be invalid. 1) AUX1(Hot water free contact) always off. 2) If Tr(Room air temperature) >= Ts(Setting temperature)+1 ºC , cool operation is activated, AUX2(Cold water free contact) is on.

  • Page 70 ZYMBO AATT 7.4.1.5 Auto mode This function is study to obtain maximum comfort for occupant people , for this reason our priority is to have : 1) Auto mode is selectable only from master unit or wired wall pad connected with master unit. If selected Auto mode from master unit, slave units would not change with other mode.
  • Page 71 ZYMBO AATT 5) Indoor fan speed can be adjusted with 6 speeds + Auto when no humidistat kit connected, or RH is <70% with humidistat kit connected. 6) If RH is >=70% with humidistat kit connected, indoor fan would work with 3 speeds + Auto (3 speed is the min speed).
  • Page 72 ZYMBO AATT Pre-heat 1) AUX2(Cold water free contact) is always off. 2) If Ti1(Chilled water coil temperature)<36 ºC [or depend from PR 06 setting], AUX1(Hot water free contact) is on while indoor fan remains off. If Til could not reach 36 ºC [or depend from PR 06 setting ]for 40 minutes(or PR12 setting), LCD would display error code: E5.
  • Page 73 ZYMBO AATT 3) If 16 ºC < =Tr(Room air temperature) < 25 ºC, MTV1(Chilled water motorized valve) will be on , after 90 second also AUX2(Cold water free contact) will be ON for 10 minutes, after both will be OFF for 12 minutes.
  • Page 74 ZYMBO AATT 11) If Tr(Room air temperature) < Ts(Setting temperature)-2 ºC, heat operation is activated, AUX1(hot water free contact) is on after 90 second, and Unit will work with Pre-heat function. 12) When the master and all slave units reach set point, master unit would check setting temperature and room temperature again, and work with next working mode.

Indoor fun runs at set speed, no alarm code. 7.4.3.2 Fan mode 1) Indoor fan runs at the set speed while MTV1(Chilled water motorized valve), MTV2(Hot water motorized valve), AUX1(Hot water free contact) and AUX2(Cold water free contact) are turned off.

High, middle and low speeds for motor, valve1 and valve2, all these input are force electricity.
