  • Page 2: Purpose Of The Machine

    **********ENGLISH********** PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE This machine is designed for cleaning of car wheels i.e. the tyre and rim assembly. Any other area of use is prohibited. UNPACKNING First of all, check if the machine has been damaged during the transport. If so, report this immediately to the transport company. Remove the packaging and check again that the machine has not been damaged during the transport.

    PREPARATIONS FOR USE Open the lid and take out the granula basket. Put the basket aside for use later when cleaning the machine (see the chapter “CHANGE OF WATER”). Empty the enclosed cardboard box with granula completely into the machine. To the left in the washing compartment there is a red water level indicator with two notches (see picture 4).
  • Page 4 AUTOMATIC WASHING 1. Turn on the red/yellow main switch. After the automatic computer self test, “READY” will be shown on the display. 2. Place the wheels in the trolley (see picture 6). Check that the wheels stand straight and lean on the supports on the left side, the outside of the rim to the right.

    THE CONTROL PANEL (see picture 3) 1. LCD-display. Shows text about the current state of the machine and the number of wash cycles since the last water change. 2. When pressing this button, the display will show the total number of wash cycles of the machine since it was new. Note: If the controlcard is replaced, the counter starts again from zero.
  • Page 6 DETERGENT HEDSON TECHNOLOGIES AB offers a detergent as an option. This detergent is developed specifically for this Wheel Washer in order to minimize the risk of developing foam. The detergent can be ordered using the number BIO-291. It is delivered in packages of 5 kg, and you will need approx.

    CHANGE OF WATER After washing 300 wheels (adjustable according to item 3 abobe), you should change the water and clean the machine. 1. First, the granula is collected as follows. Top up with water until the water level reaches the upper notch of the red level indicator (see picture 4).

    • If the hoses connecting the pump with the flush pipes have not worked loose from the pump or from the flush pipe. • That the HEDSON TECHNOLOGIES AB original granula is being used • That no other detergent than the BIO-291 is being used If all the above items are correct, you should check the wear of the pump.

    WARRANTY HEDSON TECHNOLOGIES AB provides warranty under the condition, that the machine is used and maintained according to the instructions. The guarantee is valid for one year, or up to max. 8000 washing cycles. The guarantee covers only the change of parts to new spare parts and is not valid for repairing work.

  • Page 11 INBETRIEBNAHME Die Klappe öffnen und den Granulatkorb herausnehmen. Den Korb beiseitestellen, um wieder gebraucht zu werden, wenn das Wasser der Maschine gewechselt wird (siehe Abschnitt „WASSERWECHSEL“). Den ganzen Inhalt der mitgelieferten Granulatpackung in die Maschine füllen. An der linken Kante des Waschraums sitzt ein roter Niveauindikator (siehe Bild 4) mit zwei Kerben. Wasser einfüllen, so dass Wasser und Granulat die Mitte der unteren Kerbe des Niveauindikators erreichen.
  • Page 12 AUTOMATISCHES WASCHEN 1. Den rot/gelben Hauptschalter einschalten. Nach dem automatischen Programtest steht „BEREIT“ auf dem Display. 2. Das Rad in den Wagen hereinstellen (siehe Bild 6). Darauf achten, dass es gerade steht und sich an die Stütze auf der linken Seite anlehnt.
  • Page 13 FUNKTIONEN DER KONTROLLEINHEIT (Siehe Bild 3) 1. LCD-Display. Text zeigt den aktuellen Status der Maschine und die Anzahl Waschgänge nach jeweiligem letzten Wasseraustausch. 2. Bei Drücken dieser Taste erscheint die Gesamtanzahl Waschvorgänge, die durch die Maschine getätigt wurden. Nota: Wenn die Steuerkarte getauscht wird, startet das Rechnungswerk bei Null. 3.
  • Page 14 TECHNOLOGIES AB getragen. Das heisst, daß schlechtes Waschergebnis, Betriebsstörungen oder Schäden sowie u.a. Korrosion, welche durch den Gebrauch von chemischen Zusätzen entstehen, nicht durch die Garantie gedeckt werden. Weiter ist HEDSON TECHNOLOGIES AB für die Sicherheit der Maschine (deklariert durch das CE-Zeichen) nicht verantwortlich, wenn andere Waschmittel oder Chemikalien verwendet werden.

    WASSERWECHSEL Nachdem 300 Räder gewaschen wurden (einstellbar laut obigem Punkt 3), muß das Wasser gewechselt und die Maschine gereinigt werden. 1. Vorerst muß das Granulat folgenderweise eingesammelt werden: Mit Wasser auffüllen, so daß das Wasserniveau bis zur oberen Kerbe (siehe Bild 4) am roten Niveauindikator steigt. Den Granulatkorb in den Waschraum plazieren (siehe Bild 8) (die auf Bild 9 gezeigte Seite nach rechts) und die Tür schließen.

    • es befindet sich eine zu grosse Menge Granulat in der Maschine • es wurde ein ungeeignetes Granulat anstatt das HEDSON TECHNOLOGIES AB Original-Granulat verwendet • Schaumbildung im Wasser Ob das Spülrohr verstopft ist, kann man auf einfache Weise kontrollieren indem man einen Finger oder ein weiches Stück Schlauch hineinsteckt.

    - Diese Gebrauchsanweisung muß immer bei der Maschine vorhanden sein. GARANTIE Unter der Voraussetzung, daß die Maschine laut Vorschrift bedient und gewartet worden ist, bewilligt HEDSON TECHNOLOGIES AB eine Garantie. Die Garantie ist ein Jahr gültig, oder bis zu max. 8000 Waschvorgängen. Die Garantie umfasst nur den Ersatz von Teilen durch neue Teile und gilt nicht für Reparaturarbeiten.

    MISE EN MARCHE Ouvrir le capot et sortir le panier pour granulés. Mettre le panier de côté; il sera utilisé plus tard pour la vidange (voir chapitre „CHANGEMENT D’EAU“). Prendre le carton de granulés livré avec la machine et verser tout le contenu dans la machine. Sur la gauche de l’emplacement de lavage se trouve un indicateur de niveau rouge (voir image 4) avec deux entailles.

  • Page 22 PRODUIT DE LAVAGE HEDSON TECHNOLOGIES AB tient à disposition un produit de lavage spécialement adapté à la machine. Ce produit a spécialement été développé pour ce lave-roues afin de minimiser le risque de formation de mousse. Il peut être commandé sous la référence BIO-291.

    CHANGEMENT D’EAU Après le lavage de 300 roues (préréglage selon point 3), l’eau doit être changée et la machine nettoyée. D’abord, les granulés doivent être recueillis selon la procédure suivante: remplir d’eau jusqu’à ce que le niveau d’eau atteigne l’entaille supérieure de l'indicateur de niveau rouge(voir image 4).     GARANTIE HEDSON accorde une garantie sur le lave-roues à condition que celui-ci soit utilisé et entretenu selon les instructions. La garantie est valable pendant un an ou pour max. 8000 cycles de lavage. Elle comprend uniquement le remplacement de pièces par des pièces neuves, mais n’inclut pas les travaux de réparation.

  • Page 30 TVÄTTMEDEL HEDSON TECHNOLOGIES AB erbjuder att tvättmedel som tillbehör. Detta tvättmedel är utvecklat speciellt för hjultvätten för att minimera risken för skumbildning eftersom skum i vattnet ger driftstörningar och försämrar tvättresultatet. Tvättmedlet kan beställas under nummer BIO-291. Det levereras i 5 kg förpackning, och man använder 1-2 dl till 100 l vatten (d.v.s. 3-9 dl till en maskin full med vatten).
