Inaccurate readings may be obtained if the measurement
is taken:
• within 1 hour after eating or drinking
• immediately after smoking
• within 20 minutes after having a bath
• when speaking or moving fingers
• in a cold environment
• when you have an urge to urinate
Care and maintenance
To keep your device in good working order, please comply
with the following:
• Store it in a dry place
• Protect it from direct sunlight, humidity and heat
• Avoid shaking or dropping the unit
• Use a dry cloth to remove dust and dirt
• Do not use any abrasive cleaners or solvents
• After contact with water, wipe immediately with a dry
cloth
• Avoid dusty environments and fluctuating tempera-
