Why does automatic control unit blow cold on drivers side and hot on passenger side. I changed cabnet filter with no results? Is it electrical, or module or flap door stuck?

In a 2014 Hyundai Tucson, the automatic control unit may blow cold air on the driver's side and hot air on the passenger side if the DUAL mode is activated. In DUAL mode, the driver and passenger temperatures are controlled separately. If the passenger side temperature control is set higher than the driver side, it will blow warmer air. Also, if the passenger temperature control is used, it automatically activates DUAL mode. To synchronize both sides, deactivate DUAL mode by pressing the DUAL button again.
