Product description
Digital wristwatch with alarm, date, stopwatch with split-time and
backlight. Water resistant to 5 ATM.

Display
• Normal mode: Hours, minutes, seconds, day.
• Hold in [ST./STP] to display the day, month and date.
• Hold in [LAP/RESET] to display the alarm time in hours and minutes.
• Press [MODE] to switch between normal and stopwatch mode.
Backlight
The backlight illuminates the face, which makes the digits easy to read
in the dark. Press [LIGHT] whenever you need the backlight. The display
lights up for about 4 seconds.

Activating/deactivating the alarm

and hour chime
In normal display mode:
• Hold in [LAP/RESET] and press [ST./STP.] once to activate the chime.
• Hold in [LAP/RESET] and press [ST./STP.] once to activate the alarm.
• Hold in [LAP/RESET] and press [ST./STP.] once to deactivate
the hourly chime.
• Hold in [LAP/RESET] and press [ST./STP.] once to deactivate the alarm.
• The display returns to normal mode when you release [LAP/RESET].
Stopwatch
In normal display mode:
Press [MODE] once in order to activate the stopwatch.
• Start/Stop: Press [ST./STP.] to start/stop the stopwatch.
The time is measured in 1/100 second increments.
• Split time: Press [LAP/RESET] (when stopwatch is active) once
to display the split time. Time will continue to be taken while
the split time is displayed. Press [LAP/RESET] once to display
the total running time.
• Reset to 0: Press [ST./STP.] to stop the stopwatch and then press
[LAP/RESET] to reset back to zero.

Setting the alarm

In normal display mode:
1. Hold in [MODE] for approx. 3 seconds. "MON" and the hour display
will begin to flash. Set the desired hour by pressing [LAP/RESET]
until you reach the desired hour.
2. Press [ST./STP], "MON" and the minute display will begin to flash.
Press [LAP/RESET] the number of times required to set
the desired minutes.
3. Press [MODE] to exit alarm settings and return to normal display mode.

Setting the time

In normal display mode:
1. Hold in [MODE] for approx. 3 seconds. Press [MODE] once.
"TUE" and the seconds display will begin to flash.
Press [LAP/RESET] once to reset the seconds display.
2. Press [ST./STP.] once and the minutes display will begin to flash.
Press [LAP/RESET] the required number of times to set
the desired minutes.
3. Press [ST./STP.] once and the hours display will begin to flash. Press
[LAP/RESET] the required number of times to set the desired hours.
4. Press [ST./STP.] once and the month display will begin to flash.
Press [LAP/RESET] the required number of times to set
the desired month.
5. Press [ST./STP.] once and the day display will begin to flash. Press
[LAP/RESET] the required number of times to set the desired day.
6. Press [MODE] to exit and return to normal display mode.
12/24 hour display
In normal display mode:
Hold in [LAP/RESET] and press [MODE] once to switch display mode.
• "A" or "P" is shown after the time on the 12-hour display.
• "A" or "P" is not shown in the 24-hour display.
Displaying the alarm setting
In normal display mode:
Press [ST./STP.] and [LAP/RESET] simultaneously to display
the set alarm time.
Turning off the alarm
Press [LAP/RESET] to turn of the alarm.
Displaying the month and date
In normal display mode:
Hold in [ST./STP.] and press [LAP/RESET] to switch display mode
between date/month or month/date.

Care and maintenance

• Never try to open the casing.
• Do not press the buttons when the watch is under water.
• Moisture in the watch can cause damage to its metal parts.
Contact Customer Services if you notice moisture on the inside
of the glass.
• The watch can withstand some rough treatment, but do not
expose it to unnecessary knocks or blows.
• Do not expose the watch to extreme temperatures.
• Clean the watch using a dry, soft cloth. Avoid strong detergents
since they can damage the plastic parts of the watch.
• Avoid wearing the watch in the vicinity of strong electro-magnetic fields.
Disposal
Follow local ordinances when disposing of this product. If you are unsure
of how to dispose of this product, please contact your municipality.
