he Picture Menu options also include
two features that work invisibly to help
produce the best picture quality when they
are turned on.

DNR CONTROL - Press the
SOR RIGHT or LEFT
gle the Dynamic Noise Reduction
Control ON or OFF. This control
clears up a picture that may appear
"speckled" (or signal noise shown in
the picture).

CONTRAST + CONTROL -
Press the
CURSOR RIGHT or LEFT
buttons to toggle the control On or
OFF. The Contrast + control helps
"sharpen" the picture quality. The
black portions of the picture become
richer in darkness and the whites
become brighter.

ELPFUL
Once the Picture Controls are set, the
TV will remember the settings.
Depending on your source input (cable,
VCR, DVD, etc.), or channel to chan-
nel reception may have to be readjust-
ed for optimum picture performance.
There also are several Factory Preset
Picture settings within the Auto Picture
Control. Refer to panel 26 to learn how
to optimize your TV's picture for view-
ing Movies, Sports, Weak Signals,
Multi Media, or your Personal setting
with the touch of one button.
