- Page 2 1. Check if the set supplied is complete and that all specified parts comply. 2. The parts of the LD 40 which come into contact with the SABA Sealer Field should be coated in Vaseline to ease cleaning.
- Page 3 11. Check speed and direction of revolution of the mixing equipment before opening the SABA Sealer Field. 12. We advise that an inliner bag is placed in the pressure tank before it is filled with SABA Sealer Field (photos 1 to 6).
- Page 4 14 once again. Maintenance Remove hose, nozzle and inliner bag after using the LD 40. Then clean all the parts and conduits thoroughly with SABA Cleaner 22 and grease the cleaned parts with Vaseline. Hose, nozzle and inliner bag are intended for single use and must be thrown away after use. Replace the retaining ring (C) or grease well if necessary.
