To reset the code on an Aidapt VM844 key safe if the buttons are not accepting the code, follow these steps:
1. Open the key safe using the current code (if possible). 2. Remove the back panel of the cover by unscrewing the screw (#15) with a screwdriver. 3. Locate the plastic screws (#7) behind the numbers. 4. Turn each screw 180° so that the arrow on the screw points down for the digits you want in your new code. 5. Ensure all unwanted numbers remain in their original position. 6. Reattach the back panel securely. 7. Test the new code by closing and reopening the key safe.
If you cannot open the safe with the current code, contact your supplier for further assistance.
