We also suggest a small amount of Loctite be applied to ensure the balls do not loosen. Step 2 Ball Nut CH Screw 2x6mm * Take care not to overtighten the two screws - ensure the pivot ball can move freely. Step 2 Ball Stud 4.3x6mm Lock Nut 3mm * Ensure the countersinking is on the top when fitting the ball studs. (Ball studs and lock nuts are included in the full kit only). - Page 4 Step 4 FH Screw 3x5mm CH Screw 2x6mm * Clip on side links first, then align centre pivot and tighten the 3x5mm screw. Now adjust the pivot block to ensure the pod moves freely in all directions before tightening the two outer screws. Do not overtighten - just snug! Finally, fit 2x6mm screws to side links - again do not overtighten, ensure they rotate on the balls freely. (CRC shock absorber, ball stud and lock nut are included in the full kit only). BAG 4 Step 1 Aluminium Spacer FH Screw 3x10mm FH Screw 3x12mm FH Screw 3x14mm Lock Nut 3mm * Use the two 3x10mm screws to attach the mini bumper to the chassis. - Page 6 Step 2 FH Screw 3x6mm BH Screw 3x8mm * Adjust servo mounts to the width of your servo. There is also adjustment to centre the servo. The BH 3x8mm screws are used to attach your servo to the mounts. Step 3 * Select the desired ride height adjusters and fit to the rear bulkheads. For 60mm diameter rear tyres starting with the 0.5mm insert offset downwards will give approximatley 5mm of ground clearance. Finished !! Your chassis should now be complete as pictured.
