Package included Please note that the battery is insert in the flashlight to make sure for safe transportation. When you receive it, please take out the battery and remove the bottom insulating sticker. - Page 3 First Using Part A: Screw out to use the Arc lighter function. Part B: Screw out to take out the 18650 battery, Remove the PROTECT STICKER on the Bottom of it before first using.

There is a silicon rubber sealing on the charging port, take it out and charge.
