CITIZEN Bluetooth Watch W770 Troubleshooting
It is required to install the dedicated app "
Refer to below for information of connectable smartphones and the app:
"Compatible smartphones and the dedicated app"
Cannot register smartphones
Cannot register other smartphones
• I cannot register my new smartphone.
• I cannot register my second smartphone.
• I could register two or more smartphones but I cannot now.
Case
Go to
"Cannot register other smartphones"
In other cases than above, try registration again.
"Removing all the registration information and trying pairing (registration) again"
Cannot connect smartphones
I registered and used two or more smartphones but I cannot
connect the watch with them now.
Case
Go to
"Cannot connect with smartphones (1)"
In other cases such as when updating the OS of your smartphone, try registration again.
"Removing all the registration information and trying pairing (registration) again"
Time/calendar of the watch is incorrect.
Case
The time and calendar of the watch is not correctly adjusted even after connected with the smartphone.
Go to
"The time and calendar of the watch is not corrected even after connection"
In other cases than above, see the following:
"Checking and correcting the reference position/adjusting the time and calendar manually"
" on your smartphone to connect the watch with it.

• I cannot register my smartphone again after updating its OS.

• I tried to register my smartphone again but I couldn't.
