Mirror Assembly Build the outer frame from N2 and N3. Predrill holes and screw the corners together. Use 8x 3.5*40screws for this process. A proper wood glue can also do the job. Drill a 8.5mm hole 420mm from the edge of N2. Place a bolt through the hole on K3 and N2. Fasten K3 to N2 with 3 screws.

Mirror Assembly Place the mirror foil on the table with the most reflective side down. Place the frame on top, trace its outline on the foil then cut out. Indicate which sides on foil and frame that belong together. Draw a line around the frame on the table. Place some tape upside down centered along the two parallel lines having the same length as N3.
Page 4
Mirror Assembly Lay the wood frame on top and wrap the tape tightly around the frame center outward. Repeat step 4-5 for N2 parallel sides. Finally tape some gaffa tape on top of the transparent tape and use a stapler to ensure it stays fastened to the wood frame. Then fasten K3 back on the woodframe.
Frame Assembly Lay the timbers flat on a table and join them together as shown on the image below. Use 16 screws for fastening.

Frame Assembly Find a spot for the cooker that is horizontal, use a bubble level to check the ground is horizontal. The diameter of the area should be a minimum of 1200mm. Indicate the center for placing the cooker. 1200mm Drill a 12mm hole through J5 and J9.
Page 8
Frame Assembly Draw a line from the upper line on J6a connecting through the hole on J3 Fasten K3 to J6a and J3 with a couple of screws so it is centered on the line drawn in step... On the other side of J3 drill the 8.5mm hole further through K3.
Page 9
Frame Assembly At a distance of 155mm from the center of the hole on K3 drill another 8.5mm thick hole. 155 mm Remove K3 prior to attaching the cloth. Attach the protective cloth to the cooker with a stapler. Then fasten K3 on top of the cloth.

Frame Assembly Place L2 on L1a, 20 mm from the edge, and screw the two parts together. On the other end of L1a fasten J7 with wood glue. Do the same for L1b. 20mm L1a/L1b L1a/L1b Drill a 8.5mm hole through J7 and L1a. The hole should be on the center of J7. Do the same for L1b.
Page 12
Frame Assembly Attach J8 to L1a 140mm from the hole you just drilled. Then drill a 11.5mm hole on J8 with a depth of 20mm. It should be distanced 15mm from the edge. Screw in the screw in sleeve (D3) into the hole on J8.
Page 13
Frame Assembly Attach the arms L1a and L1b to the sides of the cooker using two bolts Use bolts and washers in between to attach K4 to J8 and K3. Drill a 8.5mm hole Through the the spacer N6 and put it on the bolt protruding from J3.
Page 14
Frame Assembly Then fasten the mirror to the cooker at the bolts going through J3. Tighten the frame Together using locking nuts on the bolts. K3 is attached at K4 with bolt and locking nut. Do not tighten K3 and K4 too hard as the bolt has to move rather freely when using the Cooker.

Solar Cooker Assembly Attach the foil to the frame with the structures facing downwards (The structures are on the side which is most rough). Use a stapler to attach the foil to the frame. Drill a hole on the top side of the frame centered on K1. Tie a rope through it and let the other end be pulled thrrough the hole on J2.
