Keep out of reach of children. Never leave the unit running unattended. • Keep case closed while operating. Put snow machine in drafty place, do not insert objects into air vents. Allow 20cm space or above around the machine for proper ventilation.
• Never drink snow fluid. If ingested, call a doctor immediately. If fluid contacts eyes or skin, rinse skin thoroughly with water. • Read user manual instructions thoroughly before operating. Set Up 1. Open the shipping carton and carefully remove the snow machine unit from the shipping carton. 2. Be sure to remove packing material from around the snow machine, especially near the snow outlet. 3. Set the snow machine on a dry, flat surface. 4. Fill the snow liquid to the tank. Place the feeder tube with filter deep inside the full fluid tank (Figure1-B). Please use dealer recommended high quality snow liquid only. 5. Connect the quick connector with the liquid tank cap (Figure 1-C). Be sure of well connection. 6. Plug mains power cord from the snow machine into appropriate power supply socket. 7. Use LCD display & Function buttons for operating control, or connect DMX controller for setting. 8. Or firmly attach the remote control mechanism to socket (Figure1-N) on the back of the unit for simple operating.
Functions of the buttons 1. MENU: Function switching button; then have the numerical value changed by using UP( ) and DOWN( ) buttons. A. DMX Mode: DMX mode selection. Single channel, 3 channels and 5 channels mode can be selected. B. DMX Set: Setting of DMX address.Range of address value: address=001~512. Press UP/Down 1.5 seconds can change value continuously and fast, pressed UP/DOWN at the same time, value back to 1.

D. WIND H/F/A: Setting of Air volume, there are three changes; Half =50%, Full=100%, and Auto. Auto is random effect, interchange of 50% and 100% of air volume every 2-5 minutes. E. Duration: Setting duration of timing spraying snow (Duration=10~200s). F. Interval: Setting interval of timing spraying snow (Interval=20~2000s). G.FLUID SCAN ON/OFF: Setting of automatic inspection of fluid. 1. When this function is OFF, the machine cannot inspect volume of the fluid. This means that the machine will keep working even there’s no fluid. 2. When this function is ON, the machine starts this inspection function automatically.

Long pressing: switch air volume 50%/100%/AUTO. 5.TIMER ON/OFF: Short pressing: start or stop timing of spraying snow. Long pressing: switch air volume50%/100%/AUTO. Set values are automatically saved. Control priority order: When both DMX console and VT-1 are connected to the machine, appears problem of priority among the panel control, DMX console and VT-1 controller. There’s no apparent priority among the three controls.

Troubleshooting This troubleshooting guide is meant to help solve simple problems. If a problem occurs, carry out the steps below in sequence until a solution is found. Once the unit operates properly, do not carry out following steps. If the problem persists, refer servicing to a qualified technician. Power Connected but No Snow is Emitted: 1. Check the power supply. Plug the unit into grounded electric power supply socket with proper voltage; 2. LCD display is lit and check if it can operate; 3. The control panel operation is correct; 4.
Maintenance Before doing maintenance, please make sure that the power is cut, the power cord is unplugged, and the machine itself has cooled down. The maintenance must be done by qualified person. 1. Appendix – A VT-1 Volume Adjustable Controller Operation: The Snow Machine is designed with volume adjustable controller. Detail operation as bellows; 1. Firmly attach the remote control mechanism to socket (Figure1-N) on the back of the snow machine; 2. Plug mains power cord from the machine into appropriate power supply socket; 3. This controller knob can control the two functions: snow volume and air volume; A. Snow volume adjustment: 1 When the adjustment knob is turned on, turned counterclockwise to the end (note that the switch does not turn off at this time), snow spraying is shot down, turned clockwise, function of continuous snow spray is started; 2 Turning the knob counterclockwise to decrease snow volume; clockwise to increase snow volume. B. Air volume adjustment: 1 Each time you switch the knob OFF-ON (there will be Kara sound), you can switch the different air volume; 2 The process of OFF-ON of the knob allows to switch the three different air volume.
