- Page 3 INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Cleanoz is a battery operated nasal aspirator for babies. ® 1) For the first use: Open the battery compartment by removing the cover from the nasal aspirator (use a screwdriver to unscrew). Insert three AAA LR3 Alkaline batteries then shut the compartment. Use only Alkaline batteries and respect the polarity.
