Where can I get the mixing valve that was not included with my purchase of this shower spa (Lanka 1028-CH, polish silver)?
The Lanikai ShowerSpa 1028-CH requires a separate hot/cold automatic compensating shower valve that complies with ASSE 1016-2011/ASME A112.1016-2011/CSA B125.16-11. This valve is not included with the unit and must be obtained separately.

My Lanikai Shower System 1028-CH worked fine for a few months. Now the rain head doesn’t work at all and the body sprayers don’t shut off at all. My plumber took off the diverter and all is clean in there.
