    WELCOME Dear Customer, Welcome to Sytech! Thank you for purchasing the new Steam Station SY-EP22. Please read this manual carefully before operating your product and pay close attention to the precautions which are mentioned below. Store this user manual in a safe place for future reference.

    FOR YOUR SAFETY 1 Before using the appliance for the first time, remove any labels or protections from the iron’s plate. 2 Check that the voltage indicated on the data plate corresponds with that of the local network before connecting the appliance to the supply mains. 3 Always connect the appliance to a grounded outlet.
  • Page 4 In particular: -Do not touch the appliance with wet or damp hands or feet. -Do not use the appliance in bathrooms. -Do not pull the supply cable or the appliance to remove the plug form the socket. -Do not leave the appliance exposed to atmospheric agents (rain, sun, frost, etc.). -Do not allow the appliance to be used by children or irresponsible persons unless under supervision.
  • Page 5 Do not unscrew the boiler cap unless you are sure that the appliance has been unplugged from the outlet (fig. 2). When water in boiler is lack,” Lack water” pilot lamp (16) lights up, unscrew the safety cap (7). Pour 1.0 litres (12) of normal tap water into the tank (figure 2) by means of a funnel. Screw the safety cap back on tightly (7).
  • Page 6 CAUTION! Never attempt to open the cap while the boiler is under pressure. Never unscrew the boiler cap when the appliance is connected to the outlet. -The iron may smoke slightly when switched on for the first time – this is normal and will soon cease.
