PROBLEM
Sudden loss of flow.

Loose or leaking connection to the
inlet pipe.
Suction head is too high and
causing cavitation.
Excessive flow of water.
Resistance in inlet pipeline.
Loose rotating component.
Installation of pump is not stable.
Air pocket in pump or pipeline.
Damaged impeller.
Low air pressure.
Membrane damaged.
Leak in output side.
Non-return valve faulty.
Pressure switch faulty.
No water at pump inlet.

SOLUTION
Check pipeline and correct.
Check suction head and lower the position
of the pump.
Decrease flow of water.
Check pipe and clean out as necessary.
Return to your dealer for repairs.
Stop pump and reposition.
Release drain plug in impeller housing to release air.
Return to your Sealey dealer for repair.
Check pressure.
Return to your Sealey dealer for repair.
Investigate and rectify.
Check and rectify.
Return to your Sealey dealer for repair.
Check for blockage.
Dismantle and investigate.
WEEE Regulations.
Dispose of this product at the end of its working life in compliance
with the EU Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment.
When the product is no longer required, it must be disposed of in an
environmentally protective way. Contact your local solid waste
authority for recycling information.
