    Should this not be possible for structural reasons, the primary cleaner can, in consul- tation with Martin Engineering, also be installed at an angle of 20° above or below, but the installation radius must be adhered to in every case.

    Observe the following steps when using the spring tensioning device. Observe the relevant steps in the installation manual of the ® ™ tensioner when using the MARTIN TWIST tensioner. 2. Remove the two spring bushings of the spring tensioners from the flange brackets.

    Before any installation or maintenance work is carried out, ensure that all power sources to the conveyor belt system and its accessories are switched off and secured against inadvertent reactivation.
