Binding Tips
JOGGING - Jog each document before placing it in the cover to ensure
all pages have contact with the glue strip. Failure to jog or poor jogging
of the document can produce partial or weak binds.
MAINTENANCE - It is recommended to occasionally wipe the unit
with a dry cloth and to keep it dust free. The heating plate should also
be kept free from dust and excess glue. To remove excess glue from the
heating plate simply heat unit fully, upon the end of the cycle unplug
the unit and using a dry paper towel, wipe off heating plate. Be careful
not to touch the heat plate directly it will be HOT.
